Job Description
- Associates with 6-10 yrs of experience in Designing ,Deployment and Managing OpenStack environment / private cloud.
- Expertise in OpenStack Cloud operations and OpenStack services like Nova, Glance, Cinder, Keystone, & Horizon.
- Knowledge on VMware vSphere, vCenter and Virtual machines. Able to handle permissions , networking, and storage on Virtual machines.
- Knowledge on OpenStack based on docker and containers, handling instances , volume , networking, and heat stacks. Monitoring project Quota and modify quota based on usage on the tenant projects.
- Knowledge on OpenStack neutron to handle tenant networks.
- Linux system Administration along with Shell / Python scripting.
- Basic networking knowledge to support tenant VLAN networking and subnets.
- Basic knowledge on virtual machines migration tools(ex. Coriolis) and process to migrate Virtual machines between multiple platforms.
- Troubleshooting performance issues and migration issues based on the error message from migration tool.
