Qualifications:

• 3-4+ years of OpenShift experience, preferably with OpenShift for AWS (ROSA)
• 5+ years of hands-on developing Backend systems.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java
• AWS

Job Description:

As an OpenShift Consultant, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems with a focus on Java and cloud-native applications. Youll work extensively with OpenShift (including ROSA on AWS) to deploy and manage containerized workloads in a secure, scalable environment. Daily tasks include building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like ArgoCD and Jenkins, monitoring application performance with Splunk, New Relic, and Grafana, and troubleshooting complex issues across distributed systems. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between backend services and UI components, occasionally contributing to frontend changes. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
