Job Title: OpenShift Administrator Maximo Application Suite (MAS)

Job Location: PAN India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience Required: 5-10 Years

We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Administrator to support and manage IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environments on cloud platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters on Azure/AWS
• OpenShift cluster creation & management (ROSA / ARO)
• Install and manage Maximo Application Suite (MAS) using Ansible playbooks
• Troubleshoot pods, services, CRDs, storage, and networking issues
• Implement monitoring using Instana, Grafana, Prometheus
• Backup & restore strategies for clusters, customer resources, and MongoDB
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and container lifecycle management
• Infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Security hardening, certificate management, and ITIL compliance
• Documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery testing

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Linux (RHEL), OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
• Hands-on OpenShift installation & administration on Azure/AWS
• Scripting knowledge (Bash / Python)
• Experience with MongoDB
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Preferred: Experience with Maximo Application Suite on cloud

Preferred Certification

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
