Job Title: Technical Support Voice Process

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in International Technical Voice Support

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities :

Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries

Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolution

Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshooting

Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness

Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns

Outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when needed

Desired Skills:

Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure

Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want

Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy

Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking,

LAN, WAN Technologies

Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.

Ability to sell/Upsell

Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7

Max CTC : 4.75 to 5.5 LPA
