Job Title: Technical Support Chat Process

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Chat Support

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle multiple calls efficiently

• Resolve technical issues related to networking and devices
• Should be flexible to work in rotational night shifts

Required & Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic knowledge of:
• Routers / Modems
• IP Addressing
• Basic Troubleshooting techniques
• Prior experience with handling US voice support calls
