Job Title: Sales Manager E-commerce Exports

Location: Delhi

Experience: 47 Years into B2B and D2C

Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Shift: Day Shift with Sunday fixed off.

Industry Preference: Logistics / Courier / E-commerce


About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Representative to acquire and grow clients requiring e-commerce export solutions. The ideal candidate will understand the challenges faced by e-commerce and D2C brands and effectively position QuickShifts end-to-end export capabilities across 200+ countries as a scalable and efficient solution.


Key Responsibilities

1 New Client Acquisition

Identify and prospect e-commerce brands, D2C sellers, and enterprises requiring export services.Build


a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and partnerships.Conduct discovery calls to understand customer supply chain challenges and export gaps.


2 Solution Selling

Pitch export solutions including Amazon FBA, DDP services, and e-commerce export offerings.Conduct product demos and walkthroughs of QuickShifts tech platform.Explain SLAs, pricing structures, and integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).Create customized proposals based on shipment volume, order frequency, and operational needs.


3 Deal Closure & Onboarding Support

Negotiate commercials and close deals aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.Coordinate with operations, onboarding, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.Maintain accurate pipeline, leads, and deal updates in CRM systems.


4 Account Growth & Retention

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to improve revenue per client and reduce churn.


Candidate Requirements

Need 47 years of B2B sales experience in Logistics, Courier, Export Aggregators, or E-commerce companies

Strong understanding of export pricing, compliance, customs clearance, and logistics KPIs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage structured sales cycles and close mid-to-large ticket deals.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management
