Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as Business Architect / Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega BPM
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and requirement tracking
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and exposure to UI design tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Pega Business Architect (PBA) Certification
- Exposure to automation or integration platforms
- CBAP or equivalent BA certification
