Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for passive and active candidates using Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms.
  • Job Requirements & Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to define key technical skills (e.g., Python, DevOps, Cloud) and draft job descriptions.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical competence, soft skills, and cultural fit.
  • Applicant Tracking (ATS): Manage candidates through the hiring pipeline using systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable to track, schedule, and communicate effectively.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate salary, handle counter-offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Market Intelligence: Research market trends, compensation, and competitor talent pools.
