This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a General Manager (Sales) focusing on the Passenger Car segment. The responsibilities include overseeing and driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing customer service processes, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and meeting business objectives. Additional duties involve strategic planning, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote sustainable growth.

• Proven ability in Sales and achieving revenue targets within the passenger car industry
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
• Experience in General Management and strategic planning
• Proficiency in Team Management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the automobile market and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
