Shift time-9.30am to 6.30pm

Working Days: MondayFriday + Alternate Saturdays working with Sunday fixed off

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Experience: Minimum 8+ years

Team Handling: Mandatory

Qualification: BE / BTech (Essential)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst Lead to join the Business Intelligence Unit. The role involves designing and building big data solutions using Hadoop ecosystem tools, managing large-scale data processing, and leading a team of data analysts/engineers. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of BI and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts / big data engineers
• Design and develop data solutions using Hadoop and Big Data technologies
• Handle data ingestion from files, RDBMS, and streaming sources
• Process and analyze large datasets using Hadoop, Spark, and Python
• Develop Python/Scala programs for data cleaning and transformation
• Build scalable big data pipelines and processing frameworks
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Work on Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Spark, and ETL tools
• Understand and support developed BI use cases and data models
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of data projects

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python and/or Scala
• Good knowledge of Hadoop architecture
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Hive, Impala, Sqoop
• Strong SQL and ETL knowledge
• Experience with Big Data processing and scalable data solutions
• Experience in data ingestion and data pipelines
• Good stakeholder communication skills
• Strong team handling and mentoring ability

Good to Have

• Banking / Financial domain experience
• Experience in data streaming technologies
• Hadoop / Big Data certifications
