ONSITE Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant 2+ year exp

Were looking for an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can speak both languages business and technology. Youll be the person our clients rely on to understand their day-to-day challenges, map those challenges to what Odoo can do, and then make it all actually work. If you enjoy figuring out how a business operates and building the systems to help it run better, this is your kind of role.

What Were Looking For

* 25+ years of hands-on experience implementing or consulting on Odoo (v18 or above preferred).

* Solid understanding of core business processes accounting, supply chain, POS,HR, CRM, or manufacturing.

* Comfortable with Python, XML, OWL JS ,and Odoos technical framework (ORM, QWeb, REST/JSON-RPC APIs).

* Youve done data migration before and you know the headaches that come with messy data.

* Strong communication skills you can explain a technical concept to a non-technical person without making them feel lost.

* Odoo certification is a plus, but real-world project results matter more to us.

* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux server environments, and Git.

Nice to Have

* Exposure to OCA (Odoo Community Association) modules or third-party Odoo apps.

* Experience mentoring junior consultants or managing small project teams.

* Background in more than one industry retail, manufacturing, logistics, services, e-commerce, etc.
