Job Summary
We are seeking an Online Specialist - CM with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and a background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a key role in managing online content and ensuring effective communication.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee online content to ensure it aligns with company standards and objectives.Provide support and guidance to team members on content management best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online strategies.Monitor and analyze online content performance to identify areas for improvement.Ensure all online content is up-to-date and relevant to the target audience.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of online content.Utilize analytics tools to track and report on content performance metrics.Implement SEO best practices to enhance online content visibility.Conduct regular audits of online content to ensure accuracy and consistency.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in online content management.Provide training and support to new team members on content management systems.Work closely with the marketing team to align online content with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Must have strong English speaking skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Experience in ISV or Hi-Tech domains is highly desirable.Should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.Must be able to work from the office and adapt to rotational shifts.Should have experience with content management systems and online analytics tools.Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Must be proactive and self-motivated.Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Certifications Required
Certified Content Marketing Specialist or equivalent certification is preferred.
