Job Summary

Should be a single point of contact in terms of process knowledge

Overall responsibility for delivering operations for the team including workflow Scheduling quality productivity policy adherence

Manage and coach associates individuals and team performance against expected productivity metrics and targets

Should be able to bridge the gap between the leadsassociates


Responsibilities

Should be aware of different types of reports and be able to analyze the report for the business improvement

Should be selfdriven by ideas and process improvement

Driving team motivation to exceed targets

Coachingdeveloping the associates who are direct reportees

Overseeing and supporting changes to services policies procedures resources and facilities in order to positively and flexibly meet business requirements
