We are a fast-growing high-end luxury fashion label looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Head to lead digital growth, scale revenue and manage our e-commerce website.

What Youll Own

Full-funnel performance marketing across Meta & Google

ROAS, CAC & revenue-focused scaling

Website & e-commerce management (Shopify / WooCommerce etc.)

CRO, funnel optimization, analytics & reporting (GA4, tracking, pixels, CAPI)

Creative testing, audience segmentation & retargeting strategy

Staying ahead of platform updates & evolving algorithms

What Were Looking For

510+ years experience in performance marketing (D2C / luxury / fashion preferred)

Proven track record in scaling paid performance & improving ROAS

Strong analytical mindset with high-budget campaign management experience

Hands-on with attribution, tracking, automation & optimisation tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative & dynamic environment
