Were looking for a confident, stylish, and driven Online Sales Manager who can connect with high-value clients and help them discover timeless jewellery pieces.

Role: Online Sales Manager WhatsApp & Digital Sales

Industry: Luxury Jewellery

Location: Delhi, On site

Experience: 4+ years (Luxury, D2C, Jewellery preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to WhatsApp inquiries from high-value customers

Understand customer preferences and guide them through jewellery selections

Build trust, follow up thoughtfully, and convert leads into sales

Maintain lead records and coordinate with the operations team

Deliver a polished, premium customer experience at every touchpoint

What Were Looking For:

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Experience in luxury / jewellery / high-end retail sales

Strong sense of aesthetics and product understanding

Customer-first, detail-oriented, and target-driven

Comfortable working with WhatsApp, CRM, and digital tools
