Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and proactive Online Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads online, building strong customer relationships, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Executive based in Surat. The role involves identifying potential customers through online platforms, managing and enhancing customer relationships, facilitating sales through digital channels, and providing a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order completion. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to support online sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

Find and generate leads through online platforms, social media, and marketplaces

Respond to customer inquiries and assist them with product details and orders

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales

Assist in managing online orders and ensuring customer satisfaction

Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve online sales performance


Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support

Good communication skills to engage effectively with customers

Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Online Marketing

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is an advantage

Proactive, result-driven, and detail-oriented

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
