Job Title: Online Sales Executive NRI Market

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking an Online Sales Executive for the NRI market to handle passenger queries, manage leads, and sell tour packages. Candidates should have good destination knowledge and strong communication skills. Freshers can apply, and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell tour packages and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Attend and respond to passenger queries via calls, emails, chat, and online platforms.
• Filter and manage customer data/leads received from various sources.
• Provide information on destinations, itineraries, and tour packages.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or travel sales preferred.
• Good knowledge of destinations and tour packages (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
