Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused E-commerce Sales Executive to manage online customer inquiries and support sales through digital platforms. The role involves communicating with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries, assisting them with product selection, and converting inquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and website messages.

Guide customers in selecting jewellery and explain product details, pricing, and customization options.

Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Assist customers with order confirmation, payment guidance, and delivery updates.

Maintain professional communication and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.

Qualifications:

Experience in online sales, customer support, or jewellery sales preferred.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.

Confident personality with good customer handling skills.

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
