Job Title: : Online & Marketplace Revenue Manager

Location: Bangalore ( Onsite )

About the role:

Were looking for a sharp, data-driven Online & Marketplace Revenue Leader to own and scale the brand's online business across D2C and marketplace channels. This role carries full revenue and P&L ownership, with a clear mandate to build scale, profitability, and long-term growth. You will lead the end-to-end online revenue engine scaling D2C and building a high-performing e-commerce team. The role blends strategy and execution, requiring strong judgment across growth levers, consumer journeys, remarketing, pricing, and partnerships. Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Revenue Ownership & P&L - Own online revenue, growth targets, and P&L across D2C and marketplace channels. Drive sustainable growth across new and repeat users with a strong focus on contribution margins and LTV.

2) D2C Growth & Optimization - Improve and scale the existing D2C business by strengthening acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, retention, and repeat revenue. Identify and unlock growth levers across pricing, promotions, UX, merchandising, and lifecycle marketing.

3) Marketplace / E-commerce Build-out - Build the marketplace business from scratch, including partner onboarding, catalog setup, pricing strategy, visibility, marketing, and profitability. Establish processes, operating models, and performance metrics to scale marketplace revenue sustainably.

4) Remarketing & Retention - Lead remarketing initiatives across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other lifecycle channels to improve engagement, repeat rate, and LTV. Build consumer cohorts across the journey and drive monetisation through personalised communication.

5) Funnel & Conversion Excellence - Strengthen funnel metrics including PPV, ATC, conversion rate, repeat rate, and LTV. Drive conversion improvements through offers, discounts, and experience-led interventions.

6) Data, Analytics & Consumer Journey - Own attribution and measurement across channels and touchpoints. Leverage data to drive decisions on pricing, product placement, merchandising, and promotions. Use insights from analytics platforms, to optimize the end-to-end consumer journey.

7) Team & Stakeholder Leadership - Build and lead a high-performing D2C and marketplace team. Manage internal teams, agencies, and partners with clear goals and accountability. Collaborate closely with brand, product, tech, supply chain, finance, and CX teams.


Desired Skills & Functional Experience

Experience: 610 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or revenue leadership roles within D2C and/or marketplace-led businesses.

Revenue & P&L Ownership: Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and profitability.

Digital & Growth Skills: Strong command of performance marketing, remarketing channels, and growth funnels.

Analytics & Tech: Experience with platforms, MMPs, CDPs, GA, PowerBI, CleverTap, Branch, or similar tools.

Leadership: Strong people leadership and team-building experience.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate data into business action.

Execution Orientation: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments.
