Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have a requirement for Ecommerce Channel Lead for Isha Life. The role involves managing channel strategy, optimizing performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of ecommerce operations. Also,responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms. Please find below the Job responsibilities:


1.Channel Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute ecommerce channel strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website.
  • Identify channel-specific growth opportunities and seasonal sales plans.
  • Forecast sales and demand based on market trends and promotional calendars.

2. Channel Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations across assigned ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.

3. Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization tactics.
  • Manage advertising budgets (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and ROI targets.

4. Marketing & Merchandising

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches online.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams for product visibility and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints.

5. Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Manage product availability, pricing parity, and channel margins.
  • Track and manage POs, payments, and returns.

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Generate weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management for growth and improvement.
  • Benchmark against competitors and identify emerging trends.



Skills & Competencies Required :


  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO, and digital analytics.
  • Experience in marketplace management tools and dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, targets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
