We are hiring an experienced and results-oriented Online Business Manager (OBM) to manage daily operations, oversee projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams. This is a full-time remote role for professionals who can drive execution, accountability, and business performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day business operations and internal workflows
• Work closely with leadership on planning, execution, and business strategy
• Oversee multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and ensure operational efficiency
• Create, document, and optimize SOPs and business processes
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication, accountability, and timely execution across teams

• Minimum 2 years of total professional experience (mandatory)
• No career gap exceeding 2 months is allowed at any stage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
