Job Summary

We are seeking an Online Analyst - CM with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and a background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. The candidate will contribute to our companys growth by analyzing online data and providing actionable insights.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze online data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor online platforms to gather data and track performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on data findings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data analysis strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an understandable format.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
  • Support the team in ad-hoc data analysis requests.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling data.
