Job Description
Hiring: OneStream Developer
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: 2 6 Years
We are looking for a skilled OneStream Developer to join our growing EPM practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OneStream development and implementation, with strong exposure to financial consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize OneStream XF applications , including:
- Dashboards
- Cube Views
- Excel Reports
- Workflow
- Business Rules
- Extensibility and Integrations
- Develop and maintain OneStream business rules using VB.NET, SQL , and related frameworks.
- Integrate OneStream with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, and ETL tools .
- Implement and configure OneStream XF solutions tailored to client-specific business requirements.
- Develop and manage financial models for:
- Financial Consolidation
- FP&A
- Multi-GAAP and Multi-Currency Reporting
- Collaborate directly with clients to:
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Troubleshoot issues
- Deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
- Participate in the full project lifecycle , including:
- Requirements gathering
- Design and development
- Testing and deployment
- Post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data integrity, and integration issues .
- Provide end-user training , documentation, and ongoing application support.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems , or a related field.
- 26 years of overall experience , with at least 3 years of hands-on OneStream experience .
- Strong expertise in:
- OneStream XF
- VB.NET
- SQL
- Business Rules
- Solid understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes .
- Experience with OneStream Marketplace solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills .
- Prior participation in OneStream official training or certifications is highly desirable.
