About the Role:

ANP Consulting is looking for OneStream Professionals with 28 years of experience to work on end-to-end OneStream implementations for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on development experience in OneStream and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop OneStream solutions across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Build and maintain OneStream workflows, forms, dashboards, cubes, business rules, and metadata.
• Develop and enhance business rules, including XFBR rules , calculations, and validations.
• Support data integrations with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other source systems.
• Work on data management, transformations, mappings, and automation processes.
• Assist in requirement analysis and translate business needs into OneStream technical solutions.
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 28 years of hands-on experience working as a OneStream Developer / Consultant .
• Strong understanding of OneStream platform components: workflows, data management, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
• Basic to good understanding of finance concepts such as FP&A, Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting .
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday , or similar platforms (good to have).
• Exposure to OneStream MarketPlace solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
