Hiring: Onco-Psychologist | Bengaluru (On-site) | Experience - 0 to 5

Are you a clinical expert passionate about transforming cancer care through psychological support?

We are looking for a compassionate, research-driven Onco-Psychologist to join our team in Bengaluru and spearhead our mental health initiatives for cancer patients and their families.

Clinical Excellence: Conduct deep psychological assessments and provide specialized therapeutic counseling (CBT, etc.) for patients and caregivers.

Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of psychologists to ensure the highest standards of empathetic care. (For Experienced Candidates)

Integrated Care: Collaborate closely with oncologists and medical professionals to create holistic, patient-centric wellness strategies.

Programs & Workshops : Design and deliver mental health workshops and support group sessions.

Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at national conferences, contribute to research publications, and create engaging video content for our social media platforms to spread awareness.

What Were Looking For

Education: Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in a healthcare setting, specifically within Oncology (preferred).

Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills required to lead a team and engage with a digital audience.

Bonus: Certifications in CBT or specialized psycho-oncology training.
