Job Description

About the role:

In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from preparing welcome materials and scheduling orientation sessions to ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. You'll facilitate orientation, support new hires with their integration, and continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback. Additionally, you'll maintain documentation, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Coordination:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing and distributing welcome materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments.

Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.


Orientation and Training:

Conduct or facilitate orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to company policies, culture, and key personnel.

Collaborate with HR and training teams to ensure new employees receive the necessary training and resources.


Employee Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding process.

Provide support and guidance to help new employees acclimate to their roles and the company

environment.


Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience and ensure alignment with company goals.

Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.


Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and new hire documentation.

Prepare reports on onboarding metrics and provide insights to HR and management to support

decision-making.


Compliance and Coordination:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the onboarding process.

Coordinate with various departments, including IT and facilities, to ensure that new hires have the necessary tools and resources.


Skills Required:

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or a related role.
