Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an On-Site Supervisor.
• The On-Site Supervisor will manage and oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring quality control and timely completion of projects.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure alignment with design plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with design specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues, discrepancies, or challenges efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensuring to manage the protocol of fit out management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the interior design or construction industry.
• Solid understanding of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing on-site challenges.
• Proficiency in interpreting design drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge for BOQ Who value integrity and understand to manage safety client and company protocols.
• Personal Conveyance availability is mandatory
• Relevant qualification in construction, project management, or a related field is preferred
