What we are looking for:

Role: Omnistudio Developer

We are looking for a skilled Omnistudio Developer with 35 years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable, user-centric solutions using Salesforce Omnistudio (Vlocity). The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into efficient, reusable Omnistudio components.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 3-6 years

What youll do:

• Design, develop, and implement Omnistudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce and Omnistudio best practices.
• Build responsive, high-performance UI experiences using Omnistudio for web and mobile use cases.
• Configure and integrate Omnistudio solutions with Salesforce objects, Apex classes, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize performance, reusability, and scalability of Omnistudio components.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Omnistudio implementations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
• Support deployments, releases, and post-production maintenance.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Must Have:

• 35 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with strong exposure to Omnistudio (Vlocity).
• Proven experience working with FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform), and Integration Procedures.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and LWC integration with Omnistudio.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST-based integrations.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API-driven architectures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to have:

• Salesforce Omnistudio / Vlocity certification.
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise-scale platforms.
• Exposure to education, ERP, CRM, or workflow automation domains.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment tools.
