Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Omnistudio and Salesforce Apex to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Salesforce applications ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Document technical specifications and processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and development.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements and best practices applying new knowledge to improve existing solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Omnistudio and Salesforce Apex with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Advance enhancing system capabilities and user experience.
- Experience in Agency/Broker Administration and Agency Relationship is a plus providing valuable domain insights.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
