What this job involves: Operational Excellence (OpEx) Leads own Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Operational workforce production management (WIM) benefit realisation and strategic OpEx programmes from deployment to post implementation evaluation. Their daily activities and performance objectives will be set by the Regional Operational Excellence Leads.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Engagement Leaders
• JBS Delivery Centre Heads
• Head of Global Service Delivery
• JBS Business Process Leaders
• Global Program Management Office
•  Op Leads, having been Master Trainer accredited, train other Trainers to train, train Coaches to coach and deliver coaching
•  deliver training programmes to internal audiences, support the delivery of a range of learning solutions

Required Skills and Experience: (please give deep consideration as to whether a degree is required to perform the essential functions – in most cases, commensurate experience may).

• Subject matter expertise of Lean tools with experince in coaching and mentoring Ops leads and Senior leaders
• Desired - Master Black Belt / Black Belt
• Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders
• Evidence of problem-solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity
• Exposure of working in diverse geographical and cultural environment
• Stakeholder management
•  Delivery of cost saves and Wfm benefits

Location: Gurugram + hybrid/on site plus all posting locations
