610 years of handson experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with strong expertise in Auth0 operations and integrations.
Proven experience working with authentication standards such as SAML , OIDC/OAuth , MFA , conditional access , and B2C policy management .
Background in performing regular health checks , environment monitoring , SOP development , report generation , and audit support .
Demonstrated ability to:
Resolve tickets and incidents related to IAM/SSO.
Process provisioning & deprovisioning requests.
Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Experience executing minor enhancements, including:
Patches and upgrades.
MFA policy creation.
Application onboarding using SAML or OIDC .

Key Responsibilities

Conduct recurring health checks and system monitoring ; create SOPs, reports, and contribute to audit documentation.
Manage and resolve IAM/SSO tickets; handle provisioning requests, troubleshooting, and RCA.
Support and maintain:
Existing SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC).
MFA configurations and conditional access policies in Auth0 .
B2C policies and associated user account management (e.g., password resets).
Monitor the Access Management support inbox , triage issues, and respond to Auth0related requests.
Identify and troubleshoot authentication protocol issues across SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Deliver minor enhancements (~40 hours/month), including:
System patches and updates.
MFA policy creation and optimization.
New application onboarding (SAML/OIDC-based integrations).
