Job Description:

• Participate in assessments, requirements gathering , and IAM solution planning.
• Act as a functional & technical IAM expert supporting application integrations.
• hands-on experience with Okta Access Management & Federation solutions.
• Strong understanding of SSO protocols : SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT.
• Technical expertise in designing & implementing Identity and Access Management solutions .
• Solid knowledge of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy & Directory Services .
• Full understanding of SDLC : requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience managing Okta deployments across full SDLC , including architecture, configuration, customization, and testing.
• Experience with API Access Management and OIDC-based SSO configuration.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Enterprise provisioning
• Role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Internal/external federation
• Systems integration
• Experience developing and customizing Okta IDM objects, connectors, and mappings.
• Knowledge of user and role lifecycle management and provisioning to/from AD/LDAP.
• Working experience with custom & out-of-box connectors , endpoints, reconciliation, and self-service.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD) & LDAP directory integrations .
• Experience implementing automated provisioning using SCIM, JIT, or custom provisioning flows.
• Ability to design scalable Okta-based solutions .
• Strong understanding of SAML 2.0 , OIDC flows, and authorization grants.
