JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM operations experts at all levels of the organization who are passionate about making an impact on our members and the communities we serve. JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Tech Lead will be responsible for the following:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Must be capable of providing top-tier support for all SSO authentication of the Organization, Technology common body of knowledge skill sets:
• IAM + Okta/ (SiteMinder OR Ping Fed)

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years (7+ years) experience in SSO-Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience with Modern Auth
• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-wide IAM solutions with Okta & SiteMinder or PingFederate.
• Define authentication, authorization, and identity governance strategies.
• Lead large-scale integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect. - Enhance security frameworks, policies, and IAM compliance measures.
• Develop and implement technical strategies that align with Okta's business goals and customer needs.
• Manage SiteMinder policies, authentication schemes, and Web Agent configurations.
• Troubleshoot authentication failures and optimize security policies.
• Work closely with Application and security teams to align IAM with enterprise goals.
• Evaluate new IAM technologies and lead IAM transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
• Act as a technical expert, providing solutions to complex problems and making critical technical decisions
• Ensure scalability and performance optimization of IAM infrastructure.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years (7+ Years) as a Tech Lead.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Extensive expertise in Okta & CA SiteMinder or PingFederate, and IAM architecture.
• Strong experience in identity federation, SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
• Application Support and troubleshooting Okta and SiteMinder related issues.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with Okta and SiteMinder
• Deep understanding of IAM, IAM governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience building authentication modules within applications and web applications.
• Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization concepts
• Well versed in Identity Federation Concepts
• Infrastructure design and documentation skills
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for IAM workflows is a plus
• Experience with PingFederate is highly desirable.
• Experience with CIAM is a plus
• Nice to Have:
• ITILv3/v4 Foundations
• AWS Foundations
• Azure Foundations
• Okta Certification
