Desired qualifications

Understanding of IGA fundamentals such as JML, RBAC, access requests, and certifications.
Exposure to greenfield IAM implementations.
Familiarity with DevOps or automation concepts.
Okta certification (or actively pursuing).
4+ years of experience working in IAM Domain.
Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well-developed analytical reasoning and
communication skills Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.

B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
Able to assess impact of decisions and propose reasoned recommendations.
Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.
