TCS is Hiring for Okta - Senior Admin
Experience; 6+Years
Location: Chennai /Bangalore/Hyderabad
Must-Have: OKTA, Delinea,MFA
Good-to-Have: Entra ID,Cyber Security Skills
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services such as Active Directory (AD) or LDAP
- Implement and enforce Okta security policies, including access controls, MFA configurations, and conditional access rules to ensure secure and compliant identity management.
- Lead or actively contribute to the migration of users, groups, and applications from multiple Okta tenants into a single, consolidated tenant environment
- Oversee application onboarding and integration, including SAML, OIDC, and SWA configurations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless user experience during migration
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks throughout the identity lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SSO integrations, directory synchronization failures, and policy misconfigurations, providing Level 2 support as needed
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base articles to support ongoing BAU activities and enable efficient issue resolution.
