Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of OFSAA solutions to enhance reconciliation and risk management processes.
- Oversee the development and deployment of OFSAA frameworks to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise in OFSAA Reconciliation Framework to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system inefficiencies and improve profitability management.
- Develop and maintain OFSAA Basel Regulatory solutions to meet evolving compliance requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of OFSAA solutions with existing financial systems.
- Support the operational risk and compliance team by implementing robust OFSAA solutions.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of OFSAA solutions with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on OFSAA functionalities and best practices.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in OFSAA technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in OFSAA Reconciliation Risk Management Credit and Profitability.
- Demonstrate experience in OFSAA Reconciliation Framework and Basel Regulatory solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of operational risk and compliance within OFSAA.
- Experience in GL Accounting and Finance & Accounting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
