OFSAA Developer

We are looking for an experienced OFSAA Developer to join our Financial Platforms team. This role involves developing and maintaining solutions using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), with a focus on profitability, compliance (FCC), and financial performance(FP).

Location : Hyderabad and Mumbai

Experience : 6 years to 9 years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications

Work on modules such as Profitability Management, Financial Compliance (FCC), and Financial Performance.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Develop and maintain data integration processes and ETL pipelines for OFSAA.

Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure compliance with development standards, documentation, and quality assurance practices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).

Experience with OFSAA modules such as Profitability, FCC, and Financial Performance.

Understanding of financial systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
