In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Job Description | Data Analyst

Job Level: Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and strategy.

Develop, maintain, and automate reports using tools such as Alteryx and Microsoft Excel.

Collaborate with various departments to gather and understand data requirements.

Identify trends, anomalies, and insights from data analyses to support business objectives.

Implement and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline data-related processes.

Manage and organize data-related tasks and documentation, including using SharePoint.

Proactively seek opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data manipulation and automation using Alteryx.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.

Knowledge of SharePoint for data storage and management.

Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
