The role requires a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in both IT and non-IT recruitment, focusing on technical roles and niche skill sets.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in IT/non-IT recruitment (offshore and domestic).
• Strong knowledge of hiring for technical roles and niche skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hiring for technical roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS tools and job portals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in niche skill set recruitment.
• Stakeholder management experience.
