In this role, you’re expected to:

The primary responsibilities of this role is to support our annual and real-time client feedback programs across the businesses, including Banking, Services and Markets:

• Provide program management and execution support to VOC Programs

• Support response data validation, timely release of reports, reports entitlement validation

• Support JIRA testing of VOC platform feature enhancements and work with technology team to implement the enhancement

• Support the setup of any new data feeds and analyze data from different sources

• Support on the users’ entitlement setting for VoC portals

• Continuously improve processes by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities

• May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 2-5 years relevant experience

• Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented

• Curious about learning and developing new skillsets

• Positive outlook with a can-do mindset

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
