Job Description

Positions: Officer/ Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager - Admissions & Outreach


Role Overview

These positions support the Head Admissions in executing the admissions strategy, managing student counseling, CRM/ERP operations, documentation, conversions, and outreach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents regarding programs, fees, and career paths.
  • Manage student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital leads.
  • Handle CRM/ERP-based admissions processes and maintain accurate updates.
  • Ensure strong follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Assist with documentation, verifications, and onboarding.
  • Participate in school visits, career fairs, open houses (based on level).
  • Maintain MIS reports for inquiries, applications, and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with university and regulatory norms.
  • Assist in open houses and internal events.
  • Adapt quickly to a high-volume, competitive environment .
  • Handle higher-volume inquiries and provide quality counseling.
  • Independently manage program-specific follow-ups and conversions.
  • Support outreach activities as required (school visits, small events).
  • Own conversion targets for assigned programs.
  • Mentor Junior Officers; ensure quality-counseling standards.
  • Represent the university at fairs, workshops, and partner engagements.
  • Strengthen follow-up and CRM discipline within the team.
  • Lead and guide a small admissions team.
  • Drive daily performance, targets, and CRM hygiene.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities:

A. School visits

B. Education fairs

C. Open house events

D. Coaching center partnerships

  • Support creation of outreach schedules and assign responsibilities.
  • Provide insights and weekly performance analytics to Head Admissions.
  • Ensure a competitive, high-output working environment.
  • Oversee admissions for multiple programs/clusters.
  • Develop short-term and annual admissions plans aligned with Head Admissions.
  • Lead and expand outreach initiatives at a strategic level:

A. Large-scale school networks

B. Coaching institute collaborations

C. Regional outreach mapping

D. Relationship building with counselors & principals

  • Manage team performance, conversions, and communication quality.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure a superior applicant experience.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.

  • Team leadership (for Assistant Manager/Manager)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred (MBA/Marketing/Education).
  • 5-10 years relevant experience (University Admissions experience required) .
  • Jaipur-based candidates preferred.
