Officer - Processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily operations in the Non Yarn Dyed section, including bleaching, dyeing, and finishing processes.

• Ensure execution of production plans as per schedules, coordinating closely with planning and weaving departments.

• Maintain process parameters and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Troubleshoot processing issues to reduce downtime and improve fabric quality.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.

• Maintain documentation for process controls, shift reports, and quality logs.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product meets required specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Train and guide operators and workers on best practices and process control.

• Adhere to all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and ensure team compliance.
