Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position dispatches drivers on correct schedules with correct loads. He/she abides to and makes others abide to the Department of Transportation service regulations. This position maintains the quality and efficiency of operations while working with others.
Responsible for below:
Retrieval and connection of volumes through Vendor/Airlines. Planning & connection of Export & Import volumes Data management and filing of CSB. In case of query/detention of shipment by customs, intimation to centers and coordinate with centers for documents/details and for clearance by brokerage. Sharing Discrepancy reports, Airfeed reports and other reports with IE, Centers, CS and other required stakeholders. Updating entry in ARES for over goods without label. To be compliant with E-way bill before release of volumes to center and Agent Handover of shipments to agent for last mile delivery of Non-Brown Zip codes Liaising with centers and vendors for on time dispatch of vehicles. Managing cage with HOLD shipments. Updating exceptions, warehouse scans and F9 comments as per requirement. Maintaining End to end visibility for internal and external customers. Checking and planning of unattended packages in warehouse. Communication with center, customers, and other stakeholders.
Qualification / Key Requirements:
Graduation and/or diploma in secretarial practices / office administration/Import-Export operations with above 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, Fluency in English and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, Basic Computer Skills.
