Qualifications & Experience:

• 5- 8 years of experience Data Analytics in risk management, internal controls, audit, or a similar function within a financial services environment.

• Proven track record of successful collaboration with Technology teams.

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and modern engineering practices (e.g., Agile).

• Experience in workforce planning or forecasting is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and control principles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, concise reports and recommendations.

• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
