In this role, you’re expected to:

• Develop Code, test, document and release stories as part of development team.

• Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality.

• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications

• Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 years of working experience as Big Data Engineer with Cloud Data Warehouse OR Datalake OR Lakehouse Experience.

• Strong Experience in Apache Hadoop, Spark, Spark SQL, Hive, Impala, Yarn, Talend, Hue
• Spark Calculators based on business logic/rules
• Programming and reverse engineering skills with Scala, Java, Python/Pyspark, SQL, /Unix/Linux shell, Spark RD
• Understanding of OOP and Functional design approach.
• Big Data Reporting, Querying and analysis
• 4+ years of Development experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
