MAIN JOBS:

1.      MONITORING OVERALL SECURITY – Checking people/vehicles visiting and leaving the plant (authorization), maintenance/transport/scrap related work, checking pipeline and reck (from Port to Plant), patrolling the whole 32-acre area plant to check for security precautions, leakage, safety/security threat, theft, unauthorized entry, entry/exit signs, illumination, gate pass, surprise inspections, etc. (1,3,4,7,8,10,11,14)

2.      HANDLING EMERGENCIES & REPORTING - Perform comprehensive patrols to enforce safety standards, oversee labor safety compliance (safety equipment, conduct TBTs related to safety, oversee attendance. Generate daily, weekly and monthly report related to attendance, pipe-line, vehicles, gate-pass and forward them to security head, plant head and HO. (2,5,6,12,13)

3.      TEAM COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION - Promote teamwork and collaboration across operations, serving as a central liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Lead weekly meetings to address challenges, foster improvement, and maintain positive relationships with external partners for streamlined workflow. (2,9)
