Job Description

• Comply with all cGMP, GxP or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
• Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/instructions to immediate Supervisors/Managers.
• Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisors/Managers.
• Responsible for operation and complete maintenance activities utility equipment.
• Monitoring the parameters of utility equipment’s like Refrigeration compressor, Air Compressor, cooling tower etc. 
• To maximize equipment availability by carrying out preventive maintenance as per preventive maintenance planner and attending the breakdowns if any.
• To ensure compliance of all the functional SOP of equipment maintenance according to cGMP guide lines.
• Issuance of material from stores.
• To ensure the compliance to the safety procedure and minimize the incidents.
• Identification of Unsafe act/ conditions and efforts towards elimination and compliance to job safety analysis.
• All the procedures mentioned in various EHS guidelines should be referred and followed for performing all jobs carried out in respective area.
• To ensure timely completion of all SOP’s related to EHS and GMP as per respective TNI in LMS
