Job Description
Whale Wearables, a Shark Tank India-backed startup, is looking for a proactive hustler to manage our office operations and support founders. This is not a 9-to-5 role. We need someone energetic, reliable, and ready to take ownership. You will be working directly with the founders.
Location: Belgaum
Experience: Freshers or anyone with the right skills (1+ year experience is fine, but skills and attitude matter more than years)
Role:
End-to-end office administration
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the team
Managing founders' calendars, meetings, and communications
Coordinating internal and external follow-ups
Assisting with strategic tasks, or partner communications when needed
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Basic knowhow of modern collaboration and project management tools.
