Goodies is a B2B importer and distributor of premium imported FMCG products , working with leading international brands across categories such as snacks, beverages, chocolates, and everyday consumables. We partner with modern trade, quick-commerce platforms, and institutional clients across India, focusing on efficient distribution, strong backend operations, and long-term brand building.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Mumbai. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, organize schedules, and maintain office equipment functionality. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, streamlining office procedures, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a professional and efficient workplace environment.

Working Hours (Mon-Sat 10:30am-6pm)

Salary (6L Per Annum)

Core Responsibilities

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and maintain professional relationships
• Experience with Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, meetings, and office organization
• Expense tracking,invoices,basic accounting coordination.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience And Skill

Industry experience-Not Mandatory.

Qualifications- Minimum bachelor Degree in any field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Proficency in Tally ERP is a plus)
