Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IQAC records, files, and databases as per NAAC guidelines.
- Collect, compile, and verify data from departments for AQAR, SSR, and other submissions.
- Assist in preparation and uploading of NAAC-related documents and evidences.
- Maintain records of best practices, institutional distinctiveness, and quality initiatives.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with department IQAC coordinators and faculty for timely data collection.
- Schedule IQAC meetings, prepare agenda, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Communicate quality-related instructions and timelines to departments.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track implementation of quality enhancement initiatives and action plans.
- Support internal audits, feedback systems, and academic/administrative reviews.
- Assist in analysis of feedback from students, alumni, parents, and employers.
Administrative Support
- Maintain correspondence, circulars, and official communication of IQAC.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and quality-related events.
- Assist during NAAC peer team visits and other accreditation inspections.
